This medical malpractice case involved inadequate treatment leading to the death of a young boy. My production colleague, Dave Fulton of Image Resources, and I have a perfect record: every one of our legal videos has led to a pre-trial settlement. That saves court costs, time and trauma for plaintiffs.
Case Statements
I have extensive experience in developing and writing effective case statements for non-profits planning a major fund-raising campaign. Case statements present an organization’s track record, values and aspirations in a persuasive, evidence-based narrative that assists major donors in their philanthropy decisions.

Tempting Faith, produced in 2001-2, aired on more than 100 public television stations. It explored the George W. Bush administration’s faith-based initiative; in particular, whether faith-based job training programs lived up to their promise. Funding provided by The Ford Foundation. Watch the video
